Refund policy

For premade items: returns are accepted within a 30 days. All items must be worn or unused and in their original packaging or with their original tags. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges on all return packages. 

For custom-made items: returns or modifications to your item are accepted within 30 days. If returning for a full refund, items must be worn or unused and in their original packaging or with their original tags. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges on all return packages. For items requiring custom modifications, you will also be asked to pay for shipping, once the modifications are complete.
